Two problems, Grooves

Hi
I’m having some issues / doubts.

First of all… probably a Groove got dead ethernet lan port … it does have wireless connection and i can change everything wirelessly.
This is what i get for eth1 status tab

Is there any way to solve this?
First time this happens, ever, with +10 grooves installed.

Second … this was that Grooves config (which only shows my mobile phone connected in that pic, 2 feet away):

this were the signal levels and disconnection logs at that time

after changing this Groove, and setting up a new one, with same config (backup from day before + restore) I got this (config included in pic):

Godly signal levels, on lower firmware, same hardware … what is this?

What am i missing?

This are the two supout files for those both grooves with same config

LAME groove

GODLY groove

the only thing i can notice is the serial numbers “batch’s” ? is higher on the newer one… means hardware is a new revision or something ?

I cant get an answer …

Does this pic / option mean anything?
Is the only noticeable option thats different on each groove

This is for two currently working Grooves with 15~ clients each

Hi,

We have about 2500+ Grooves in deployment.

Usually the ethernet port is the first thing to die if there was lighting or a power surge.

Check in ip neighbors, if the groove is seeing itself in the neighbors list the port is most probably dead.

Ok, the port is definitely dead
What about those signal levels ? I have no other groove that has EVERYONE with those signal levels

This is a currently working Groove, which was bought altogether with the Groove that got busted before

“perfectly” working Groove

This is a recently bought Groove which replaced the busted one (that busted one was working the same as the above until LAN stopped working… 0 complaints but signal levels were WAY below the new one it got replaced with)

Forget about the dead Groove, what about this replacement? I’m even using the same POE, PSU and Cable as the busted Groove, just changed it.
