Two R2N,one is on the RB433,one is in my notebook

I have two R2N mini pci wireless card, one is on the RB433,one is in my notebook,the wireless link is very bad.

sometimes the rate is 300M ,sometimes the rate is 5.5M, sometimes can not link.WHO can tell me way?

and nobody from mikrotik has the response , hasn’t it?
