i have two rb433’s one was working fine todai went to put it on the tower and it powers up but the green and blue light just stay on it doesnt beep and i have onther rb433 which beeps but lan ports don t work what could b the issue

power ?

maybe you got a 12v PSU at the bottom of the 600m tower, and need a bigger one.

Bigger power supply, not a bigger tower

Did you test the boards on the ground and put them up on the tower yourself, or did anybody else ‘help’ ?

This is a bit like the airport check-in question about ‘did you pack your own luggage, and did anybody ask you to carry anything for them’ …

i checked them on ground does the same thing i took them up myself one board which was working on the ground when i took it up and powered it up direct dc the green and blue light just got stuck but after a while of powering looking at the board etc i saw that their 8 jumpers on the board now two jumpers were tuching eachother by mistake as i was climbing they must have squeezed on to eachother so mayb that could be the reasson i wanted to ask if these jumpers touch what blows up as i have onther same board that is beeping but then lan ports don t work i can remove the parts from the beeping board and put it on to the non-working board to make it beep.

I dunno what to suggest really.

#1 is Power. Make sure you got > 10.5 volts at the top of the tower.

#2 is shielding and earthing if there is any other antenna up on the tower.
