Two RBs + PCC = NAT issues (Help)

Hi there,

I’ve experiencing some troubles that I’d like to receive some advice. My setup is the following:

RB 1: RB750Gr3 (only Load balancer) 4 WAN used for PCC. IP: 10.50.5.x
RB 2: RB450Gx4 (DHCP for client management, bandwidth, QoS). IP: 10.50.10.x

I would like to know if possible to:
1- “See” both devices in Winbox’s neighbors so I can log them without using RoMON.
2- Avoid the "double NAT, Strict NAT (Xbox), behind NAT (Mikrotik’s Cloud).

I have been using UPnP in both devices without solving the online issue.

Any help will be deeply appreciated.
