I found this topology:
It is built up with Cisco devices, but I’d like to replicate something similar with Mikrotik ones.
I’ll set it all up in GNS3
Before I go ahead, I think I need some advice or suggestions.
For example, do I need to set up RSTP? Is it worth setting UP VRRP?

In topology, nothing is wrong, and nothing is best…
Depends on your environment.
For example: If you have 2 routers (Master/Slave), and you want slave automatic work when master failed, then use VRRP.
Is it better to make them work as master/slave with a VRRP setup, or set up a load balancing?

if I am a reseller, then less config but get money is better.
if I am a user, then internet never goes down is better.
