eth 2 - private 192.168.5.1
eth3- guest 192.168.0.1
eth4- AP with both 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.5.1 probably need to set up vlans

it is ruffly what I need
Thank you

Hi,
I am using the same setup.
On the UAP, define the vlan id for the guest ssid as you want.
On the mikrotik, create a vlan interface and set it to be on the port where your UAP is connected to the mikrotik (eth4).
Then just treat this vlan interface as any other - create an address for it (192.168.5.1), add the dhcp server (for network 192.168.5.0) so the guest can get address, masquearade if you need and the firewall rules so the vlan subnet can reach the router and other subnets based on your needs..
Btw. 192.168.0.1 subnet is somehow weird. Maybe rather go for 192.168.<anything except 0>.0
