Two WAN, 1 Mikrotik, 2 Networks

Is it possible to do like this? If so, how to do so?

Mikrotik at eth1 (192.168.0.2/24) connected to Router A (ISP A)
Mikrotik at eth2 (192.168.1.2/24) connected to Router B (ISP B)
PC A route to DHCP Network A at subnet 24 via eth3.
PC B route to DHCP Network B at subnet 24 via eth4.

Both DHCP and routing A & B is handled by only one Mikrotik device.
