i have mikrotik RB951-2n v16.3
some times in hotspot active users the TX and RX appear 0bps and the connection to the internet lost 
but i notic that there is two ((in)) interface in the arp list
and after a moment the second ((in)) disappear from the list
any idea,suggestions,solution,anything ???
