Good day,
A while back we replaced a RB1100ahx4 that was causing packet loss.
Running interface monitor traffic revealed that there was about 500 tx queue drops per second. Only strange thing is there was no queues setup on the device.
Replaced it with a ccr1036 and issue solved, the 1100 was doing about 500mbps aggregate.
Last night I checked two other 1100’s one doing 700mbps no queue drops.
Any suggestions? CPU running at 3%
This queue drops seems to be slowing down single TCP streams a lot.
But the other one doing much less about 400 had tx queue drops
