ubiquiti access point and mikrotik cpe doesn`t work with wpa

hello guys, I have an ubiquiti picostation as an access point with wpa activated, and if I try to connect with a Mikrotik CPE with firmware version 2.9.51 it’s not possible to connect with wpa.
I configure a security profile in the mikrotik with the preshared key configured in the ubiquiti ap and mikrotik detects it and if you try to connect it connects and disconnects constantly.

I have tried with several ubiquiti ap’s and several mikrotik’s and always the same.

Do you know if there is any incompatibility? If I put the ubiquiti as access point without wpa it works correctly. But I need to use WPA for security.

Do you know any solution to fix the problem?
