UBIQUITI intermittent reachability but continuous operation

HI guys,
i have a strange problem. i have network with router and switch mikortik and ptp and ap ubiquiti, and some ap mikortik.

My problemi is intermittent reachability ubiquiti ptp af5xhd e AP ubiquiti . I have see in pppoe_server, arp row blank with only corresponding ip address of ubiquiti device. and suddenly it goes back to associating the arp address

I tried
STP ON/OFF
RSTP ON/OFF
JUMBO FRAME
FLOW CONTROL ON/OFF

idea?

Check your cables and connections that are OK with UTP cable tester.
