I have ask this question before and never had a explanation for it and I am totally flabbergasted by what is happening. I am using now 6.40.4 and I had this also in previous versions.
My lines in Mangle:

On line 7 I jump to “voip-jump” if the target is 3478,5060-5070,5678,7078-7098 and this works as long on line 10 the source ports are !5060,7078-7098. As soon I have the lines as above line 10, source ports are !5060,7078-7098, is triggered despite line 7 should jump over line 10.
When I look in the log:

This is so strange and I have no explanation why line 10 is triggered on UDP???
Edit: the log shown is an earlier part and then line 11 was not passthrough but log.
Update: not leaving sensitive information if there is no answers.
