Hello,

Can you please help me, why this is not working in torrent client

udp://tracker.openbittorrent.com:80

while this works ?

udp://31.172.63.253:80 (using the ip instead of hostname)

I have tried even to reset mikrotik and just add a pppoe connection over the adsl router, masquarade the whole lan and it doesn’t work.

If I create a pppoe connection from a PC through the adsl router and bypass mikrotik it works so it’s not related with the ISP.

I have tried using peer dns, opendns, google dns. The same things happens. Any ideas?

That domain name can return both 31.172.63.253 or 31.172.63.252. Assuming that your client has DNS service perhaps there is an issue on 31.172.63.252?
