when i add validity to profiles that starts at first logon i got a different timestamp in startime field it is delayed by 8 hours. my timezone is +8:00 and set correctly in system clock and activated sntp client. um router timezone is parent while customer is +8:00, i did change router and customer to +8:00 to no avail.

back up file naming is also affected, dont know what else to do as i’ve tried every possible cause
Thank you for reporting, seems like the backup save time needs a fix. But I did not saw any problem with the session from time. Can you give more examples ?
Sessions/logs/reports show correct from time, if the customer time zone is set (6.37.1/6.38rcX)
hi paul this is on +8:00 timezone, start time it is clearly delayed by 8 hours from the real start time
even after upgrading to 6.37.2 start time is still off by 8 hours
