UM regest user but did not gave them Ip pool

hi guys hope your all in good mode

i have 86x MT 5.20 useing as user manager my configuration as bellow
using ppoe
made 3 profiles limitation 10 $ , 30 $ , 50 $ each one has ip pool
for 10 $ 10.10.0.2-10.10.0.254
30 $ 10.30.0.2-10.30.0.254
50 $ 10.50.0.2-10.50.0.254
off course i do nating all with the hs-pool

in user manager limitation i used just the validity date,group names, ip pool .
for limit up and down i used queue to give each profile the specific up and down according to the ip pool
which will recognized after client registed in user manager .

every thing run Ok and it was perfect work after 10 days work suddenly the system could not recognize the ip pool for each client regist , user manager gave the clients the authority to regist in ppoe but with out ip in log file appear 0.0.0.0 and gave the ip of hs-pool which has no internet authority
off course i have back up to my work but didn’t work and facing the same problem , try to re configure after formating the MT 5.20 and manualy configure again but same problem .

please any idea to solve !
the problem is as i think in user manager cause it didn’t gave the pool to MT queue to define the right profile up and down limitation .

where is your ideas to solve the problem nobody post any thing is it hard to find out the reason of problem ?
