UM stop recording

One of my user’s UM stopped recording a while ago, it shows sessions from before, but no new usage is being recorded. I can just reset it and set up again, but maybe someone knows how to prevent/fix it?

Have you (your client) changed something on the Radius client side (HotSpot/PPP)? Is UM receiving requests from HotSpot/PPP? You can check it in UM logs (/system logging add topics=manager,debug).

Also check, whether the radius secrets match in UM and HotSpot/PPP.
