Unable to acces a video decoder from external network

Hello,

I can't figure out how to acces a Kiloview video decoder remotely. It's in a MikroTik network with a static IP. I managed to set the SRT reception from outside/internet, this is not an isse. What I can't do is access from internet to the admin login page of the decoder. I don't need at this point access to the router itself.

If the port forwarding is correct and I have a static IP and a connected port of the decoder why I can't access it from outside the network?

Hi there,

First, a warning: these devices are usually quite fragile and vulnerable - make sure you expose them to only what is needed and that it has been properly hardened.

Regarding the access, can be a number of things. Can you share the redacted configuration using the instructions provided here?
