Hi all, since a few weeks i’m unable to connect to Uinifi protect over the internet. I use a cloudkey gen 2 plus and a Mikrotik RB1100 router. When i use a webbrower on a laptop i am able to connect but it takes a long time. The app does not work at all. Sometimes when i’m connected to WiFi and then turn WiFi off the connection remains. In the Firewall connections i see a lot of outgoing UDP connections to port 3478 with timeouts. Weird thing is that it worked like a charm with the same configuration, the only thing that has changed is the firmware versions. Does anyone has any idea?
Ok, a small update. I moved back from my RB1100AHx4 to my RB3011UiAS. Same firmware same configuration. The RB3011 works like a charm, while the RB1100 does not work with the same config. Can anybody help me?
