Unable to access Webfig after upgrade to 5.26

We have an x86 box that was running 5.24 for quite a while. It reboot randomly a couple of weeks ago, and afterward certain functions would not work (telnet, scripts, scheduler, etc.)

We tried upgrading it to 5.26, which fixed the non-working functions, but only about 10% of the NAT statements made it through the upgrade. We restored the config using a .backup file, but now we can’t access the box over Webfig.

Any thoughts on what could be happening here?

5.26 came out three years ago… If you have already decided to upgrade, update to the latest version 6.27.

And if you have problems afterwards, use console to get in and check what has happened.
