Unable to add community like xxxxx:0

I configure BGP on mikrotik v4.2. My neighbor use community like that:
64999:XXX - announce to AS XXX if 65000:0 is set
65000:0 - announce to customers but not to peers
65000:XXX - do not announce at peerings to AS XXX
651NN:XXX - do not announce at peerings to AS XXX

But i can`t add community 65000:0. What i need do?

is it only the :0 that you cannot add? all the rest work fine?

Yes, other community, without :0 on the end of string working fine.
The problem is that many upstream in the community meet record like xxxxx: 0. But to put this community mikrotik 4.6 does not allow. In the changelog and I did not see fixes in this direction.

Can you add it from console?

Yes, from console successfully added but not working. (Not set this community). When see on this community from WinBox - it red.
