my ccr1008 -1s 1s+ router was unable to update,backup and restore and also not able to access file system in router. I made reset configuration but no use same problem for more detail please find screenshots and do needful ASAP.

Check system / resources for bad blocks. Then do a netinstall to reformat partition and reinstall ROS.

Reformat != repartition.
Your configuration will be cleared (if ‘Keep old configuration’ is unchecked), but you already did a config reset so that shouldn’t be an issue anymore.
