Unable to connect L2TP

Hello,
I’m unable to connect to L2TP with my account from one computer, but I can from another computer with the same account. I receiving this error:
No suitable proposalfound.
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx failed to get valid proposal.
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx failed to pre-process ph1 packet (side 1;status 1).
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx phase1 negotiation failed.

Is it someone faces that issue? Please advice me how can I fix this.

Those computers have the same operating system and VPN configuration ?

Yes, both are Win10 64 1903 Build.

You can’t connect from the second computer while you are connected on the other one?
If yes, under L2TP server uncheck one session per host or create a second account.
