Unable to connect to hAP lite

Hi All

I am unable to connect to the hAP lite after a manual update.
Unable to resolve IP address via DHCP or connect via Winbox when static IP applied.
Unable to connect via MAC address either.

Resetting configuration to default via reset switch not working either.

Any ideas?

try download latest winbox from mikrotik website and use it if you are sure the router boot fully,
otherwise make sure the router is reset before lauching the winbox

Hap lite has only 4 ethernets… But the suggestions are correct.

Thanks but I’ve tried all of the above, it seems resetting to default, the default config is not loading correctly.

Did you try to login via Mac ?

Try to reset using Netinstall and select “Apply default configuration”!
Use port 1 for Netinstall
