Unable to display status pop-up when pop-ups are blocked

I have configured a RB 1000 as a hotspot controller.Everything is working fine.

However,whenever the user logs on,the status window usually opens up in a pop-up window.BUt if pop-ups are blocked on the browser,how can on get the status window.Can it be configured to automatically open in a new tab or is there another option?
