Unable to get 10G

I can’t get 10G connection between RB4011iGS+ and CRS312-4C+8XG-RM, any idea what could be the problem?

The RB4011 doesn’t seem to advertise 10G at all, any idea?

You’re using ether1. It’s a gigabit port, use the sfp+ cage
