I just received a new RB750Gr3, and am having issues installing the Dude Server. I uploaded the package multiple times, updated to 6.39.2, and tried multiple Dude server versions with no success. Other packages are updating/installing fine, but The Dude will not install. Am I missing something?
You need external storage to run Dude on the RB750Gr3
Sorry, I forgot to mention that I did add a microsd and followed the instructuons to format it. I can try a different sd card or a USB drive.
what information is in log?
And several different versions??? There is only 6.39.2 version:
https://download2.mikrotik.com/routeros/6.39.2/dude-6.39.2-mmips.npk
Solved I assume or the RB750Gr3 splattered when hitting the wall and lying on the ground in pieces.
Just checked the log and somehow I managed to download the x86 version. I downloaded it twice too, so I’m not sure how I managed to do that twice. I got it working now though. Thanks.
I´m having same issue here, much time after the post, I know.
I tried the dude 6.40.8, 6.39.3, 6.44beta, all mmips package.
I´m using RouterOS 6.40.9 (I downgrade only because this issue).
I just buy this RB because the Dude, I´m in troubles.
No installation, no errors on log, no nothing.

Why did you not read the replies?
You should add external storage, not attempt to use the built-in flash!
Thanks for your fast reply. Can you see the image above? Can you see the sd formatted as ext3 on image?
You mean I need put the package .npk on sd for installing? If yes, I already try it.
Get rid of combined package. Install only those individual packages you need. Don’t put npk files into flash folder, they are installed from ramdisk. Putting into sd card will not help. Use dude package of the same version like other packages.
My fault. On wiki says: “just upload .npk file to device via any of available file transfer methods in RouterOS: Winbox(drag’n’drop), Webfig, FTP or SFPT”. Only works for me using Upload button on Winbox, drag and drop always drops on subdirectory (/flash, /disk 1, etc) and the package needs be on root. Thanks everyone.
