Unable to log into CSS326-24G-2S+RM

Hello,
I purchased this switch a while back and haven’t done much with it until today. When I try to log into the switch using 192.168.88.1 or http://192.168.88.1 the web page just states ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. I downloaded WinBox and on the Neighbors tab, it shows the same IP address and version of 2.8. Any help would be appreciated.

The CSS switches can only be managed via web browser, not Winbox.
Make sure your PCC has an IP in same range as CSS device, i.e. 192.168.88.10/24
If not successful try and factory reset device and do above again
