Hey Techies,
I am unable to login to the usermanager as a user.
I have got usermanager and radius installed on the same router. User accounts created fine, users are able to login to the hotspot fine and internet works great.
Now I am able to access my user manager via x.x.x.x/userman (where x.x.x.x is my wan IP) but when one of my users want to login to their profile and see their plan, usage etc etc they are unable to.
I tried
x.x.x.x/user >> It gives a login window but when I enter user login name and password, they return incorrect.
x.x.x.x/user?subs=mypublicID >> It gives a login window but when I enter user login name and password, they return incorrect.
I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Any advice will greatly be appreciated.
