Hi guys.
I have a little problem with my mikrotik, I have a server with some services on it, this server is on a local natted 192 IP, the services from that server are reachable from outside nat (public internet) fine, I have forwarded the ports, and all works fine. but when I go to the domain name from my pc on local network, I’m unable to reach it.
so, for exameple, when I’m at home and go to “xxxxx.com” wich is forwarded to my server in office behind nat, then all works, I can reach the server. fine.
but when I’m sitting in the office, next to the server, in same local network with the server, and try to open the “xxxxx.com” domain it’s not able to reach it.
I have had this problem very long time ago, also on a routerboard, one of my first, that time I asked it here on the forum, somebody told me what option to change to make it work.
but somehow Im unable to find that post anymore.
