Unable to select a frequency for a special operation

I try to reproduce a configuration that I have made in my wireless card from one to an other and I have the following errors

unsupported channel: 5060
scan-list does not contain valid channels

My working wireless card is the one on the RB912UAG-5HPnD-OUT
My second wireless card that is mounted on the RB912UAG-5HPnD-OUT is the R11e-5HacD (mini-PCIe card)

The thing is that I need to go in this channel for my application because it’s imposed to me by industry canada which is in charge to allow or not the use of the frequency bands.
This is for a special operation usage and I would like to know how I can do it.

I think I have found what goes wrong,

Is it possible that the R11e-5HacD can’t go in the 5Mhz and 10Mhz channel width?

My setup is now working in the 20MHz channel width but refuse to operate in the 5/10MHz.
