Hi i am unable to software update this switch.
I have previously used the reset button to wipe the config.
The current firmware is 2.7p , i am trying to update to the latest that is 2.9.
No matter if i use the auto update feature or use the manual the switch will try the update fail and reboot to default settings.
I have tried from 2 machines.
Does the switch have internet connectivity ?

As far as i can tell it does yes , it can see the update , it downloads it , reboots and then is back to 2.7p with all settings reset.
Anyone found a solution to this? I’ve also had same issue. Even if I manually install and download the latest posted 2.9 build or a 2.8 build clicking “download and upgrade” reverts the switch back to 2.7p

On mine the reset switch was stuck in. Took the board out and had a fiddle with it and confirmed it was no longer stuck in with a multimeter and it was fine then.
