Unable to upgrade CHR license

Hello,
i’ve got a prepaid license key when I got the MTCNA certificate.

I’d like to use it to activate a self hosted CHR, so in my account I selected “Make a key from prepaid key (1)”, I paste my system ID, but the website told me to use key management for CHRs. If i select that, it tells me “You don’t have any active CHR licenses!”

What I am doing wrong?

IMO probably nothing. I concluded that function “needs substantial improvement”.

OK, problem solved. I did not click on “Renew license” in System - License to link my CHR to my account.
I had to ask to my trainer; still waiting for an answer from mikrotik (I sent a mail 10 days ago!). Very bad bad technical support :smiling_imp:
