Unable to upgrade key

I have Routerboard 911 Lite 5 ac. i am trying to update the license key to level 4. I have purchased it from a retailer, and 1 prepaid key shows up on my Microtik account.

Now I am logging into the Routerboard at 192.168.88.1. Then System–>License. Then I put my Mikrotik credentials with server at 0.0.0.0. It says “Failed to resolve www.mikrotik.com, check your dns settings”

How do I update my license?

you can update process manually.
1-login to mikrotik website.
2-click on take prepaid key
3-select device type as a routerboard and set software ID ( you can find software id with “/system license print” command
4-click on the next bottom
5-copy key
6-open winbox go to system menu and select license sub menu.
7-click the past key.
