Unable to upgrade

I have installed v3.28 and purchased level-5 license…but I am seeing that some of the packages are missing… am trying to install the same once again by putting the packages in files and rebooting but its not talking the missing packages…I tried through net-install also but it failed…

Please suggest..

look at the Log after reboot

Have you gone to ‘System Packages’ and enabled the needed packages in the package list?
