Uncompressing Linux…Ok, booting the kernel

That’s about as far as I can go w/ the cd boot disk. I’m trying to install on brand new dell servers. Would SATA drives or the dual Xeon’s be the issue here? Tried w/ older versions as well as the 2.8.23 Router Software given by this site. What am I doing wrong? I’m anxious to try this out and get up and running.

Thanks.

Propably SATA.

no options for that… been looking for a couple days on and off. just going to use some old pcs for our routers and use these for virutal servers. thanks for the advice.

i dont think mikrotik os supports SATA.
