unicast exchange timeout

I have just purchased a mikrotic RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN, to configure the Wi-Fi network is not without problems.
If I go without security connect it works well, once I configure a profile I can not connect.

in the logs i read unicast exchange timeout. it’s driving me crazy i already google on this log and try evry setting.
But it stil dont work.

I have de latest os
Different clients e.a. apple,ubuntu win 8


i hope somone can help me out with this…

try to set up security profile without TKIP group/unicast chiper. use only AES-CCM instead.
