Unifi Hotspots newbie, help on Traffic Shaping & Security?

At the internet source end, we have at the moment 1 VDSL line in connected to VDSL Modem connected to Ubiquiti M5 Nanobridge.
Next week we hope to add 1 more VDSL line connected to a second VDSL Modem connected to MikroTik RB750 Router (along with 1st VDSL Modem), which will combine the two internet connections, before being sent to the site by the Ubiquiti M5 Nanobridge.
At the site we have another M5 Nanobridge linked wirelessly to the one at the source end. This is connected to a MikroTik RB750 Router which in also connected to a Laptop running Windows XP, which is running Unifi Hotspot (Voucher only mode). Also connected to the router is a Ubiquiti M5 Rocket connecting wirelessly to 4 M5 Nanostations, each connected to its own Unifi Outdoor M2 Access Point, located around the site to give fairly good overall coverage.
The IP addressing is arranged like so
192.168.1.1 - 5 - Static - Allocated to VDSL Modem, the two Nanobridges and the Site router WAN side
192.168.88.1 - 10 - Static - Allocated to Router and Laptop (some addresses unused for future updates)
192.168.88.11 - 240 - DHCP - Addresses issued by MikroTik router (at site end) for customer connects
192.168.88.241 - 255 - Static - Allocated to M5 Rocket, M5 Nanostations and M2 Access Points
We are using the “Guest” portal on Unifi for the Voucher using customers, but we do have a couple of “Trusted” users, using the standard connection without vouchers
We are using unencrypted connection for the Voucher users because we need them to be able to see our initial information splash page without a password.
At this time we are not running any traffic shaping nor Security or Firewall on either the Router or the Laptop.[/color]
I am very new to all this and I am really struggling to understand the terminology used for setting up the Mikrotik router, so really would appreciate simple instructions.

Thanking you in anticipation.
