I created a user “lesley” with no limits. The user can log in, and use the internet without limits.
How do I delete that user? This user is not listed in user manager.
But she can log in. How?

Murray, are you talking about ‘tool user-manager user’ not the subscriber ?
Make sure that HotSpot, that is using User Manager does not have local configuration for this user, cookie authentication method enabled, any other related configuration.

I created the user using userman web interface. I am not fond of using telnet, the web interface is where I prefer to do most of my work.
Anyway, I logged into the router using telnet and could see the user (tool user-manager user> print)
However, I could not understand why a user I created through the web interface was not shown in the web interface [user]-[view].
I just created another unlimited user and the user is visible in the web interface immediately. Maybe I made a mistake when I created the user lesley. Sorry to waste your time.
