Unusual client behavior as of server upgrade to 5.22

We have an x86 router running ROS/Dude 3.6. Since upgrading it to 5.22, we cannot reposition devices on the client map. We can select and double-click them, right-click them, etc., but not move them by dragging. The buttons that arrange multiple objects in a line or an arc work, and the objects can be distributed as usual–but once distributed, the devices cannot then be dragged to a new location.

Also, on some clients an empty panel comes up upon launching Dude, when before it always opened to our default “Local” map. On others, the display starts out at 100% zoom, even though the default for the “Local” panel is “fit”. All of this behavior is new as of the upgrade to 5.22, with no changes to the Dude clients.
