Google peering and torrent also giving by Lear 7 rules

This is caused by a computer, or other device, on your network sending a flood of requests to Google. They are classifying the requests as a denial of service attempt and blocking you from the rest of their network.
I’ve had this caused once by sending logs to myself via Gmail from an automated system, I think an old pfSense router instance, FreeNAS, or maybe even RouterOS… It was a long time ago, lol.
Setup a mirror port and run a sniffer, or possibly use Torch, and figure out what device is causing the flood of requests. Then remedy that device or block it via firewall.
