Update 6.19 bricked my RB2011.

Our RB2011L-IN was updated by me this morning and it will now not come back to life. I have attempted the reset but to no avail!!!
How can I get this fix, btw, I do have a backup in play an older 450G, but we would seriously like to have our RB2011 in the living world…

NOTE: using the SAME npk file I was able to update a 450G, a RB751U-2HnD and a RB951G-2HnD, so the npk file does not seem to be corrupted.

Help!

What firmware were you on? what ROS code were you on?

I upgraded a 2011UiAS from 3.10 to 3.14 and then applied the 6.19 update (coming from 6.13) with no issues. After the update, Firmware 3.18 was available and I updated to that version.

So far no stability issues…
