Hi to all,
I have problems with RB1100: When i copy the new *.npk file and reboot the system, the RB no apply any changes on the system.
To ensure the file is correct i tried to update from “system/package” and found the same problem.
I see 0.6% bad blocks 
on resources…
I try with 6.32.2 and 6.32.3. The current firmware installed is 6.31.

Check the log after failed upgrade.
Also, you can upgrade from system>packages>check for updates
We tried replica on RB1100 but our device started just fine with 6.32.3 version.
Could you send supout after failed upgrade to support@mikrotik.com
Exporting configuration http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Configuration_Management#Exporting_Configuration and reinstalling should help.
Finally,
After every days with the problem i could update de RB without any special action… I tried to reboot and after few seconds, when i log in i see the new version.
