So please suggest me how I will pay for update licence key full price or special discount price

You can buy the L6 from distributor for the price you negotiate with him. Rather think if other options are not better for you…

It is often better to buy another router that already comes with L6 license than to upgrade such a low-end router.
Your investment in the better router will bring you more performance and more reliability (e.g. dual power supply)
plus more memory and other advantages. And it will likely cost about the same as the license upgrade.
Look at the RB1100AHx4 and the CCR1009 models.
