updated to new 6.40 and got a problem

Speed down or limited after upgrading to the new version, from 6.37 to 6.40.1
PPPoE connections’ speed limited ~60mbps in and ~ 8mbps out
tested on half duplex and full duplex.. any methods as flow control or speed limiters or queues are disabled.
On the pc I’ve 100 mbps in Full duplex neg

6.38 bugfix only has same problem with speed :\

Problem solved. And it does not concern new RouterOS version.
Auto Negotiation in manual mode not сompatible on the providers’ hardware.
This was tested not only with mikrotik mini, but with lite and Intel desktop LAN controller.
