My 2011UiAS-2HnD doesn't seem to be able to upgrade anymore. it looks like the current version for MIPSBE should be 7.23
What should I be looking for to resolve this?

maybe you are choosing the "wrong" Channel.
The key thing I was missing was the need to select the 'upgrade' channel. Once I got that, the rest was just doing it. Thank you.
