I am using hap ac^2 (RBD52G-5HacD2HnD) with ROS v6.46.6 (stable). I want to change ROS version to long-term channel. Can I update to 6.45.9(long-term) version? Should I wait for new long-term release?
Why do you want to switch?
You can:
- create an export

- upgrade (or downgrade, depending on how you like at it)

- perform an import if necessary
I want to switch to long-term release because of long-term versions are the most stable ones. I know how to update by export update and import processes. But I want to ask especially that can I update or switch to long-term version via package lists → update dialog in winbox. Is it suitable way to switch long-term version?
As far as I know it is. I red about people first performing a reset of the configuration and either configure it manually or import the configuration. You can always try if you run into some strange behaviour.
Regarding stability, I use stable (currently 6.47.2) and for me it is very stable.
