Updrage SXT 4G Kit -> SXT LTE Kit (or cell-monitor and scan on the L11e-4G)

Hello!
I have big problems on the LTE networks in my house. I used huawei modem, and I got very good 3G signal, but LTE is poor.
I decided to buy good equipment for LTE, and bought the SXT 4G Kit. But function “scan” and “cell-monitor” isn’t worked.
Because of this, I can’t choose the best base station, evaluate the signal of operators, etc.

Have you plans add functions “cell-monitor” and “scan” to the L11e-4G module? Maybe you can give some AT commands for receiving this information?
Or if I buy L11e-LTE and change my L11e-4G to the L11e-LTE module in the SXT 4G Kit, I will get a full SXT LTE Kit?
Or do I need to send the SXT 4G Kit to the trash and buy the SXT LTE Kit?
