Hi to all, I’m an happy owner of an hAP ac. It’s equipped with a smartphone connected on USB port like Internet connection.
I would upgrade it and, looking on Mikrotik website, I found the hAP x2 but it lost the USB port.
Please can you suggested something in that range of price?

Nearest possible solution would be hap AC2.
Drawback: old wifi drivers. With 7.13beta channel it is possible however to load the wifiwave2 drivers on it but space is a problem on that device, not much left for other things then like e.g. zerotier.
If you want to move to AX wifi, then it immediately goes to AX3 (a bit more expensive and a lot bulkier with the external anntenas).
AX2 doesn’t have USB port, as you already noticed.
Suggestion:
You can also consider AX Lite LTE, no USB port BUT that one has a modem built-in, so you do not need the external device anymore.
It only has 2.4GHz wifi so that may or may not be an issue (in super-crowded areas for 2.4GHz, it may be a problem).
The wifi itself though is very performant. I can get close to 400Mbps on my AX Lite.
