upgrade&cpu speedup = system hangup

After upgrade from 2.9rc6 to 2.9rc9 and frequency change to 333MHz system is not accessable using ether interface.
I have tried freq reset using S1 button - no result.

What should be done to resolve a problem?
The same upgrade was one on other side identically and everything worked OK (new version an frequency stayed changed)
