Is there some way ho to upgrade more RBs ?
I can upgrade relativly easy rOS using DUde, but i didnt find how to upgrade Bootloader, set “Neighborow discover” or Datarates to “Advanced”. There are some more parameters like Wireless Protocol that is almos alwyas after upgrade at status “unspecified”. And we also like to download old and after upgrading to 3.30 new licence. And we also need to do the licence upgrade procedure.
So how to do it “en bloc” ?
Netinstall and Netinstall/Flashfig can do mass upgrade and apply configuration:

but you will need physical access to the device. this method is great if you need to prepare a big number of devices for deploying and they are all in a box.
once they are all deployed in the field, only Dude can help you do mass instant upgrades, but not for Bootloader.
mass configuration you can do with “auto.rsc” files and FTP. see “automatic import” in the manual:

Thank you normis for your guide. We wanted to avoid loging on each deployed single unit , and doing it per hand. We are using MK for long time, and had no need to upgrade each RB since V5. Now the scripting is changed, we need support for 802.11n cards etc.. so it is time to upgrade all the devices in network to V5.
So we will follow the only manual way we found.
